getting on the same page... about eating?
alright. communication means getting on the same page as the people who you are trying to communicate with. very often this involves a pretext which will set up your argument and prove that you actually care about the opinion and views of the people involved in the conversation. you'll probably use all forms possible to communicate your view and "to get on the same page" as your audience including, humor, body language and words. and then there are communities, which survive solely because of communication. a community can be any amount of people who have something in common. communities aren't always on the same page, and thus rely on communication to bring them back to the same page and understanding. so how are people on the same page about food? there are more food communities than i first realized. like the all of the freshmen who eat at the cannon center, or a group of friends who go out to sushi every month. either of these can be considered a group or community, and like in all communities, everyone isn't always on the same page. at the cannon center there are constantly people communicating and trying to make their points clear. it might be about what table to sit at, what was happening in the class right before, the upcoming football game or what someone should or shouldn't eat for dinner. as in all communities, there is constantly communication going on and it often revolves around food or is about food.

eating with random people at the cannon center is probably my favorite thing to do! best food community everrrrrrr
I loved your insight on communication with food. I never really realized how often conversations of communication are centered around food.
Hmmm I never thought of the communication in the Cannon Center that way. Very insightful! It made me hungry.
